Death Stranding 2 Preload Now Available on PC

The PC launch of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is just a few days away, thanks to Kojima Productions and Nixxes. If you pre-ordered the game on PC, including on Steam, you can now preload it. Here’s everything you need to know.

On Steam, the preload for Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is now live, with a download size of 97.3 GB and a storage requirement of 112.47 GB.

If you don’t see the preload button, restart the Steam client, and it should appear.

This preload coincides with a major update for Death Stranding 2, adding new content for both PC and PS5, including:

  • To the Wilder Challenge Mode – A higher difficulty setting that tests all your skills.
  • Trapped in a Strange Realm – Unlock new bandanas by completing objectives in a VR training area.
  • Chiral Feline Visits – See the Chiral Feline in your private room aboard the DHV Magellan.
