The hint for the second riddle is: “Clear out elite Hyenas.”
The objective here is to eliminate 10 elite Hyena enemies. Elites have yellow health bars, and you’ll encounter plenty on higher difficulties.
The fastest way is to run missions like Grand Washington Hotel or Jefferson Trade Center on Heroic difficulty. Alternatively, taking over the Demolition Site and Hotel Infirmary control points on Heroic will also spawn lots of elites.
