Marvel Rivals offers many unique achievements, many of which require finding specific items or visiting particular locations. One of the trickier achievements is Prank of Monkey King.
This task doesn’t provide much guidance, making it tricky to figure out initially. However, once you know the requirements, completing it is straightforward. Here’s how to earn the Prank of Monkey King achievement in Marvel Rivals.
How to Complete Prank of Monkey King in Marvel Rivals
To unlock this achievement, you must find and smash 10 Fruit of Immortality. This can only be done while attending the Jade Pond banquet on the K’un-Lun: Heart of Heaven Convergence map.
The Jade Pond banquet is the attacking team spawn room, so this mission is only possible from that side. Since you cannot choose your spawn side, luck plays a role in how easily you can complete the task.
You’ll know you’re on the correct side if your character spawns on a boat during character selection and you see the text:
- “Use the tablet of Iron Fist to awaken Shou-Lao” in the upper-left corner.
- Upon loading into the spawn room, the line “Lift the seal on the tablet of Iron Fist” appears underneath it.
Fruit of Immortality Locations
The Fruit of Immortality spawns on tables in the Jade Pond banquet area for the attacking team. These fruits resemble peaches with a light pastel pink/orange color, easy to spot in the right area. There’s plenty of fruit on and around the tables on either side of the spawn room, so choose whichever side works best.
Smash 10 Fruit of Immortality
To smash the fruits, target the peach-like items using any melee attack. Important notes:
- You must wait for the round to officially begin; any fruits smashed before the round starts will not count.
- The round begins when the spawn room doors open, and Galacta gives a countdown beforehand. Plan your attacks to efficiently smash 10 fruits and rejoin your team.
You cannot complete this mission in custom matches or Practice VS. AI. Use Quick Match or Competitive modes. Since the task requires staying behind temporarily, Quick Match is recommended so you don’t leave your team shorthanded in a serious Competitive setting.
