How To Finish The Things Left Behind Quest In The Midnight Walkers

The Things Left Behind quest is one of the earliest missions in The Midnight Walkers that sends players searching for a specific location. Your objective is to reach the 14th floor of the hotel and locate the Armorer’s room.

Because raids can become dangerous very quickly—especially when playing solo—it’s important to know exactly where to go before entering. Below is a simple walkthrough to help you complete the Things Left Behind quest efficiently.

To complete the Things Left Behind quest, you need to locate the room where the Armorer stayed on the 14th floor of the hotel.

This means you must wait until the floor rotation allows access to 8F–15F before queuing into a raid. The game alternates between B1F–7F and 8F–15F every five minutes, so timing your entry is important.

Once the 14th floor becomes available, queue for a raid. You will spawn on a random floor, so if you don’t start on the 14th floor, it’s a good idea to wait a minute or two before heading toward the elevators or stairs. Many players rush the elevators to reach high-value loot floors, which can quickly turn into dangerous encounters.

After reaching the 14th floor, open your map and head toward the Room 20–25 area, located on the southern side of the floor. Most rooms in this section have large holes in the walls, making it easy to move between them without using doors.

Your objective is simply to enter Room 021. Once you step inside, the quest will be completed automatically. You do not need to extract or survive the raid for the quest to count.

After completing the objective, you are free to continue looting. The rooms on the northern side of the floor are especially worth checking, as many of them contain safes and vaults.

Upon finishing the quest, you will immediately unlock the Lost Treasure quest. This follow-up task requires you to submit an Armsmith’s Hammer (Epic rarity). You can attempt to purchase one from the Rabbit Hole, though the price can be very high depending on availability.
