The range of supported hardware is fairly broad, and if the optimization quality of the original Death Stranding PC release is anything to go by, this sequel should perform well across multiple configurations. Although the game supports upscaling technologies, these performance targets appear to be based on native resolution.

For example, achieving 60 FPS at 1440p on the High preset will require hardware similar to a Ryzen 7 5700X paired with an RTX 3070. Across all presets, the game requires 16 GB of RAM and a substantial 150 GB of SSD storage.
