Devolver Digital games are well known for their fun crossovers with other beloved indie titles, and Cult of the Lamb: Woolhaven continues that tradition. Unlock Hollow Knight Fleece in Cult of the Lamb Woolhaven
Yes, Woolhaven adds a fleece for the Lamb that closely resembles the outfit worn by the Knight from Hollow Knight. This cosmetic item is officially called The Fleece of the Knight, and you’ll need to follow these steps to obtain it:
- During your Crusades in the new dungeons, you’ll eventually find the Wool of Sariel. This item is required to bring Sariel back to the Woolhaven area and is part of the natural progression, so it’s hard to miss.
- Once Sariel is in Woolhaven, rebuild Sariel’s graveyard using 10 Pure Yewbark.
After the graveyard is completed, head to the right side behind Sariel’s building and pick up the Wool of the Knight.
Next, move to the left side of the cemetery and mine the stones located behind the graves. You’ll receive an on-screen prompt, so don’t worry about missing it. Doing this will reveal a statue of the Unnamed Knight—which should look very familiar—with a hole designed for burying an item.
Place the Wool of the Knight into the statue, and you’ll immediately unlock the Fleece of the Knight.
That’s all there is to it. Once unlocked, you can equip the fleece and fully cosplay as the Knight. The fleece is purely cosmetic and does not provide any gameplay bonuses, but it looks fantastic and even has a subtle visual effect when you move around.
The item description reads:
“Garb of the knight from a kingdom far below.”
It’s a great little crossover addition to the expansion. There might even be a Hornet-inspired fleece hidden somewhere, though nothing like that has surfaced yet. Woolhaven is packed with new secrets and content, including a touching tribute to the game’s late composer.
Keep in mind that this fleece is exclusive to the Woolhaven expansion and cannot be unlocked in the base version of Cult of the Lamb.
