The first major expansion for Cult of the Lamb, Woolhaven, is now available on PC and consoles, bringing a wave of fresh content for players to explore. To celebrate the launch, developer Massive Monster has partnered with Twitch to run a special Twitch Drops campaign, rewarding viewers with exclusive follower forms.

Here’s everything you need to know about earning the Cult of the Lamb Twitch Drops.

Get Cult of the Lamb Twitch Drops

The Woolhaven Twitch Drops campaign is currently live and includes the following rewards:

  • Angler Fish Follower Form – Watch for 60 minutes (1 hour)
  • Leech Follower Form – Watch for 120 minutes (2 hours)
  • Jellyfish Follower Form – Watch for 180 minutes (3 hours)
  • Sea Butterfly Follower Form – Watch for 180 minutes (3 hours)
  • Tongue Lizard Follower Form – Purchase one new recurring or gift subscription

The Tongue Lizard Follower Form is the only drop that requires a purchase. All other rewards can be unlocked simply by watching eligible Twitch streams.

The Cult of the Lamb Woolhaven Twitch Drops campaign runs from January 8, 2026, to February 5, 2026.

How to Claim Twitch Drops for Cult of the Lamb

To claim your Twitch Drops for Cult of the Lamb, you’ll need to link your Twitch account with the Devolver Codes website. Here’s how:

  1. Visit the Devolver Codes website and link your Twitch account by clicking the red button.
  2. Once your account is linked, head to any Cult of the Lamb Twitch stream with Drops enabled.
  3. Watch the stream (you can leave it running in the background) for the required amount of time.
  4. Track your progress through your Twitch Inventory.
  5. After meeting the requirement, click Claim Now on the Drops page.
  6. Your rewards will be sent via email to the address associated with your Twitch account within 72 hours.

If you miss this campaign, don’t worry—Devolver Digital has confirmed that all Twitch Drop items will be made available at a later date. This event simply provides early access, and you also do not need to own the Woolhaven expansion to earn these rewards.
